Deposit
In order to validate your reservation, we ask you a 50% deposit of the total amount of your stay.
Any reservation without a deposit will not be guaranteed and may be cancelled by the hotel.
Cancellation
The deadline for cancellation is one week (7 days) before arrival. The totality of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations are recorded upon receipt of a written notice (e-mail or letter). Any stay started is entirely due.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the entire stay is due and will be charged.
